We aim to connect you to the right suppliers from India. Basis of the complexity of requirements we identify from the vast pool of suppliers in India. We engage and pre-qualify the suppliers with a set benchmark and choose the most experienced and dependable manufacturers.

A team of experienced procurement experts communicates with the pre-qualified suppliers to obtain technical and commercial quotes. The quotes are compared by our experts and comparative statements are presented to the buyers.

NM India procurement experts have in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing processes, the cost breakup to arrive at machine time and labour cost to enable compare prices of suppliers for joint negotiation. We maintain complete transparency during the negotiation and order finalisation. We assist our clients to finalise the terms and conditions of purchase orders.

Depending on the criticality of the items on order, a quality plan is discussed with the client and we adhere to the same to ensure strict quality compliance during the entire manufacturing process. We ensure this by conducting consistent quality checks and audit from engineering to production including in-process quality and final finished products are ready to ship. On a need-be basis, we engage with third party inspection companies to inspect goods at various stages.

While the goods are under production we liase with the Suppliers’s despatch and logistics department to ensure that the Packing and Labelling is as specified in the Purchase Order and in compliance with the customs regulation to the country of exports. Each order is persistently followed during various stages of the manufacture to gain visibility into the order fulfilment process. This helps our clients to get dashboard visibility of the status of their order and reduces the risk of unexpected supply chain events.

We do understand the criticality and importance of the supporting documents for each order from Technical Manual, Material Test certificates, Drawings, TPI, Shipping documents as per the requirements of the country of origin, Legalisation from the respective Embassy, and so on. As such we sure that the supplier has all documents in place during the entire order life cycle.

At the end we rigorously follow-up for all documents to be in place for successful order shipment by the supplier and receipt of goods at the client warehouse.
