We ensure the quality of each order by conducting consistent quality checks and audits throughout the entire process from engineering, RFQ Approval, production plan, in-process quality until the products are ready to ship. We have people, process, and technology deployed to monitor the progress of all orders.

No, we do not undertake to develop products or components.
However, we can shortlist vendors with engineering capability to design and develop products to your specifications. We can get a techno-commercial proposal from 2-3 vendors to finalize the most competent and experienced vendor.

Yes, we can help you set up a technology/engineering/R&D center in India. We can guide you on the availability of various skills from India and depending on local costs, skill, and infrastructure we can assist to finalize the Technology/R&D location. Our recruitment arm can partner to identify right-fit candidates and assist to build teams for the technology center.

All orders are monitored on a weekly basis and if any order is getting delayed we have a timely escalation mechanism with the supplier to fast track the order. However, for delay expected beyond the Purchase order delivery period, we inform our clients about the delay, and appropriate corrective actions are taken promptly to either continue with the same supplier or any alternate supplier. If the order is delayed in shipment, our logistics team will escalate with alternate options.

For regular components and consumables, we can get quotes within 3-4 days. For large volume items or capital goods, it may take time 1 week to 2 weeks to consolidate quotes from different suppliers. For project purchases, we can align dedicated teams and an online bid valuation can be established.

We can engage with the supplier for a warranty replacement if the goods are not as per the Purchase order. If in case the goods are out of warranty our spares and after-market team can assist with the replacement of parts and components.

The minimum order quantity will depend on the nature of the goods, standard packing sizes, supplier minimum order quantity. However, in case of urgent requirements, the Minimum Order Quantity can be discussed and negotiated with suppliers.

Vendor pre-qualification is an important aspect as “WELL BEGUN IS HALF DONE”. We have consultants who are industry experts responsible for the prequalification on various predefined parameters. Identifying and pre-qualifying may take anywhere between one week to 2 weeks maximum. For critical products on the buyer’s request, we may undertake to depute a technical person to inspect the supplier’s premises and production facility depending on the criticality of the requirement. On a broader level we evaluate suppliers based on their plant & production capacity, do they follow operational excellence, are they manufacturing to internal standards API/DIN/GOST, the experience of the team at Plant, Supplier client base, certifications, and reputation, etc. This process is unique and may vary depending on each client’s requests and requirements.

It may take anywhere between 1 week to 2 or 3 weeks depending on plant location and their availability and complexity.
